Horizontal Boring of large wheels and bores

Chrome or stainless  water pump shafts made any size

Castings and duplicate parts made (Examples at right)

Piston related work, wrist pins, ring groove cutting and chroming,

Intake and Exhaust valves made custom

Custom made radiators

Cores made custom any size.  Brass water tanks,  steel supports. Some we’ve done include Waterloo Boy, Eagle, Heider, Huber, International 15-30 Titan. Most other rare makes can be done if pattern furnished.

We also re-tube round early style radiators.

Complete Restorations

We’ll dismantle, clean, sand blast and paint, do all necessary repairs, rebuild the engine as necessary, including babbit bearings, boring, sleeves, making valves, guides and fabricating parts as required. We’re ususally booked up months in advance, and need appropriate time for scheduling. We prefer major projects on large tractors and engines.
